Customers may request a refund within 7 to 9 business days from the date of service payment, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be approved if:
- The service was not provided as agreed.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- The scheduled service was canceled by Supreme Pool & Spa Services and could not be rescheduled.
- There was an error in billing or payment processing.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Services that have already been fully completed.
- Customer dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control.
- Missed appointments caused by the customer.
- Services canceled by the customer after work has already begun.
- Emergency or same-day services once completed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 9 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that banking institutions or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Service Cancellations
Customers may cancel scheduled services by providing advance notice.
If cancellation occurs before service work begins, a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Supreme Pool & Spa Services reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
